Lean Six Sigma Black Belt - SSBB - In-Person
Description
The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course prepares specialists in the Six Sigma methodology to lead larger-scope improvement projects and achieve significant results.
A Black Belt is a professional with solid theoretical and practical knowledge of Six Sigma, including statistical tools and Lean techniques, who acts autonomously in structuring and monitoring high-impact projects.
The standard 150-hour modality has content equivalent to internationally accepted programs, adapted to local reality.
Various tools are presented during the training, integrated into the DMAIC cycle with practical examples. These tools include:
Process Mapping
Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
Design of Experiments
The development of a real project during the course facilitates tool comprehension and creates conditions for achieving concrete economic results still during the training.
Results
The possible results expected from applying the methodology taught in the course include:
Significant financial gain
Defect reduction
Decrease in the number of complaints
Reduction of process execution time
Inventory reduction
Revenue increase
Cost reduction
Financial results frequently significantly exceed the investment when the project is well selected, monitored and sustained.
Training Program
The training consists of monitored sessions, self-study, assessments and an improvement project. The standard modality has a total workload of 150 hours.
The program follows the DMAIC cycle (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control), with each module presenting activities, statistical and non-statistical tools and Lean techniques.
