Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt - SSYB - In-Person
Description
The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course prepares people in the Six Sigma methodology to support projects led by Black Belts and Green Belts (Yellow Belts increase project success rates). The course also enables Yellow Belts to lead lower-complexity projects in their area of expertise.
Executives serving as Champions (managerial or leadership level) who want to gain an overview of Six Sigma, the DMAIC cycle and associated tools may also participate.
Audience
Professionals in service operations and administrative areas (e.g. HR, Marketing and Sales, Quality, Procurement, IT, Maintenance) and production areas involved in supporting Lean Six Sigma projects and/or who intend to develop lower-complexity projects. Managers and executives who want to improve their knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean and DMAIC may also participate.

Training Program
The training consists of monitored sessions and self-study. The Six Sigma Yellow Belt training has a 32-hour workload.
