Description
The Quality Improvement Associate course prepares people to achieve process improvements in their organizations. It is intended for professionals in both technical and administrative areas.
A Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) is an individual with knowledge of quality tools and their applications. The training is based on the CQIA/ASQ certification program, grounded in the internationally recognized North American model.
This course is for anyone who wants to deepen their theory and practice in Quality. Those interested may also take the CQIA (Certified Quality Improvement Associate) exam from ASQ after the course.
The program presents the most up-to-date quality improvement methodologies and tools. During training, various tools are covered, such as:
Basic and managerial quality tools
Process Mapping
Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Design of Experiments
Quality Teams
Additionally, a real project is developed during the course, providing the possibility of excellent results.

Training Program

Education and/or Experience Requirements for CQIA/ASQ Certification: to take the exam and compete for the CQIA/ASQ certificate, you must have at least two years of professional experience in any field, or a college degree.

Value: R$ 3200,00
Conditions: Up to 8 installments of R$ 400,00 (total of R$ 3200,00).
Discounts:
Cash payment: 10%.
Team enrollment: 5% per person (cumulative up to 4 enrollments, or 20% maximum discount per person).
Referral enrollment: 10% for the referrer and 10% for the referred (upon confirmed enrollment)
Total Duration: 64 hours
Billing conditions and invoice delivery are aligned by Flemming upon receipt of enrollment.
The investment includes course materials and coffee break.
